Description

The first part (experimental) should be published in Philosophical Transactions. The second part (chemical) is out of place in its current position and should perhaps appear as an appendix to the paper. The third part (theoretical discussion) doesn't have much serious value and shouldn't be published. The figures and tables should be published.
