The paper restates observations and opinions from previous work. Only a small part of the paper contains new material. Refers to Alex Labrosse. Refers to work of Longet [?], Eckhardt [?] and Goltz [?]. The paper has also been read before other learned societies, and abstracts published by the British Medical Journal.
