Description

Had begun to process the papers as instructed, until contacted by the author. Has stopped the presses, but it maybe too late to alter the tables of the first paper. Alterations may be made for the second paper which has not yet been started.

Note from John William Strutt, 3rd Baron Rayleigh states he has spoken to the author, and will look more into it on Thursday.
