If Edward Albert Sharpey-Schafer and Oliver Joseph Lodge had been original referees, the paper would have been put into Proceedings, but Charles Smart Roy is adverse to this opinion. Objects to papers by the author going into Proceedings because they are not good enough for Philosophical Transactions.
