Description

Recommended for publication in the Proceedings of the Royal Society of London. Suggests reducing the size of some of the illustrations. The paper should be published quickly, as the information is important to engineers. The results are suggestive rather than exact measurements. The current woodcuts are of good quality, has found that reproductions in the Transactions are not always of good enough quality.
