Referee's report by Andrew Russell Forsyth, on a paper 'The differential covariants of twisted curves, with some illustrations of the application to quartic curves' by R F Gwyther
Reference number: RR/12/129
Date: 19 July 1894
Description
Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society' in its current form. Refers to work of Georges Henri Halphen, upon whose work the current paper builds. The analysis is long and need not be printed. If the paper was abbreviated it might be printed in the Philosophical Transactions. Considers the paper 'dull', but admits to not being very familiar with the subject. Suggests a different opinion be sought, suggests Edwin Bailey Elliott.
