Description

He is willing to re-create his experiments for the referees, but this was not proceeded with. He is aware that his paper is being held within the archives of the Royal Society and the Council have given him permission to publish it elsewhere, but he wishes the abstract to be included in the Proceedings. It is short and won't take up much space. He has devoted many years of his life to this subject and wishes to see it published.
