Description

Not recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. Although the author has spent much time on his investigations, the paper isn't worthy of being published in full. It could be 'greatly condensed without injury to its matter'. There is not much that is new or important, but some parts may be suitable to publish in an anatomical periodical.
