Is pleased to hear the model globes will be brought to the notice of the Committee of Papers. Provides further notes for use by the Committee. 'Should my unconventional mode of treatment of the subject be a cause of embarrassement to those who have the paper in hand, I am open to receive suggestions and act upon them, wherever they are practicable'.
