Description

First paper - Recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Has read the paper, and the reports by Edward Emanuel Klein [RR/10/343] and Robert Warrington [RR/10/341], and is more in agreement with the second report. Suggests the appendix be returned to the authors for 'further elaboration'.
