Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. If the paper had contained the author's observations on the embeyological development of the muscle, the paper would have been recommended for the Philosophical Transactions, but as it stands, it is either recommended for the Proceedings, or recommended to hold the paper over until the author has conducted the suggested investigation.
