Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The paper continues from an earlier work by the author and Edward Waymouth Reid, published in the Philosophical Transactions. The paper is confirmatory of old results. Finds the paper more suitable for the Proceedings, but is happy for it to be published in the Philosophical Transactions as a continuation of the earlier paper if this is desirable.
