Description

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Has examined the specimen and an excellent cast. Does not agree with the conclusions of the author. Provides thorough discussion of the specimen. Finds the author's conclusions erroneous as regards the facts. If the paper is printed, the figures can be reduced in size.
