Description

No clear statement publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Refers to work of Georges Henri Halphen and Edwin Bailey Elliott, to whom no reference is made in the paper. The author uses different terminology to that established by the earlier researchers. Some of the calculations used are identical to those used by Edwin Bailey Elliott in the Proceedings of the Mathematical Society.
