Paper by Merrett regarding grafting bark of ash and sycamore trees back onto the trees themselves. Also includes an account of experiments with Aloe americana serratifolia demonstrating a degree of circulation occuring within the plant.

D. and read before the Royal Society January 9. 1666' and the second titled 'An experiment on Aloe Americana Serrati-folia weighed; seeming to import a circulation of the sappe in plants, by the same Dr. Merret'.
