Description

The memorandum notes that this volume is 'the True original', which had been misplaced at the death of the first Secretary of the Royal Society, Henry Oldenburg. The volume was finally found by Hans Sloane during his secretaryship in April 1703. It describes the difference between RBO/2i and RBO/2ii, listing 23 discourses and experiments in RBO/2i missing from RBO/2ii, and 2 in RBO/2ii which had not been entered in RBO/2i.
