Plate 33 containing nine figures showing development within an egg from four hours after incubation commences to twelve hours' incubation. With publication and plate details inscribed. Signed lower left 'Franz Bauer'. Royal Society stamp verso. The manuscript for this paper is wanting.

Published in Philosophical Transactions as part of paper titled 'Observations on the changes the egg undergoes during incubation in the common fowl, illustrated by microscopical drawings' by Everard Home.

Read to the Royal Society on 16 May 1822.
