Plate 32 containing 12 figures showing the ovum of a hen 'that had been laying for some time' with magnified views of the yolk of an egg and views of the egg, including in the oviduct and a newly-laid egg. With details of publication and plate details inscribed. Signed lower left 'Franz Bauer'. Royal Society stamp verso. The manuscript for this paper is wanting.
