Description

Volume of the manuscript versions of papers published by the Royal Society in volume 107 of 'Philosophical Transactions' in 1817. A note at the beginning indicates that papers I, III, IX, XVI, and XVII are missing. Missing from this volume is the paper 'On the effects of galvanism in restoring the due action of the lungs' by Alexander Philip Wilson Philip.

The volume includes some original illustrations and figures drawn in ink in support of the papers.
