Description

A note on the first page states that the paper was read on 4 June 1707 although a second note dates the paper itself to 1699. A second note reads 'Mem Acad 1699'. The paper concerns the strength of the different muscles in the male human body. There are three diagrams. A note on the inside front cover of the volume states 'from the Memoirs of the Academie 1699. Not worth cataloguing'.
