Description

A contents page sets out the 51 sections of the paper. The heading on the second page notes that it was written in Yeovil on 22 September 1673. The paper sets out detailed observations and recommendations for the cultivation of apple and pear orchards for cider. A long post-script contains suggestions for further reading on plants and on other subjects; a digression on dogs and some further commentary on apples and pears.

A note on the last page states that this is a duplicate and that the original may be found in Guard Book no 10.
