Description

Autograph letter signed by sender. Informs handed his trach charts to Hall's 'servant', and would be happy to gift any other charts Sir John Herschel would like from him during his voyage to the Cape. Remarks on the price of the 'Directory' and selling them to friends. Hall has not returned Horsburgh's map of 'Hindoostan' [pre partition India, Pakistan and Bagladesh].
