Autograph letter signed by sender. Was grateful for John Frederick William Herschel's hospitality. Mrs. Gordon is on the way to Stocks. Would like to pair off with someone in order to save the journey to Cambridge for J. W. Lubbock's election. Encloses a letter he has had printed.
