Description

Autograph letter signed by sender. The paper for the prize essay has been withdrawn. Tring Agricultural Association has published the results of Mr. Forster's experiments, which so far have been very successful. Was grateful for his poetry. Has been ill as well as John Frederick William Herschel. Hopes he is improving.
