Description

Autograph letter signed by sender. Blane began his attendance on the Sick and Hurt Board in August 1895, the Chairman had made a proposal for the supply of [lemon] juice a few months prior, as he has stated in his published works. Refers to the voyage of 'HMS Suffolk' to India and diseases in the seamen.
