Informing John Frederick William Herschel that he has sent a letter to John Lee [HS.4.117] and that Lee agrees with William Radcliffe Birt and wonders if it would be possible to obtain John Frederick William Herschel's support. Encloses drawings and details of Francis Ronalds's self registering barometer.
