Description

Copy of letter, copied as part of the correspondence project led by Colonel John Herschel FRS following the death of his father. Congratulates Thomas Robinson on his volume of astronomical observations. Skeptical about alleged changes in Orion nebula. Feels better telescopes and drawings would be needed to confirm this. Discusses own double star observations.
