Copy of draft letter, copied as part of the correspondence project led by Colonel John Herschel FRS following the death of his father. Thanking him for his friendly reception when in Italy. Is sending Giovanni Amici journals and pamphlets likely to be of interest to him. Regarding various papers on the electrization of mercury. Please send details of Giuseppe Bianchi's barometer.
