Description

Autograph letter signed by sender. Thanks Donelin for his note in which he sent two monographs by Herschel on the comet of 1811-1812. Remarks he has read both with pleasure but does not agree with Herschel on the nature of comets. Has written a monograph in reply to Herschel's which he has sent to England to Wollaston to communicate to Herschel. Enclosed is a modern translation of the letter.
