Autograph letter signed by sender. Thanks Sir Benjamin Brodie for providing letters of introduction for William Lassell's time in Malta and an important memorandum regarding unboarding the telescope. Details of travels to Malta. Hoping Brodie is less indisposed. Postscriptum mentioning that Lassell was expecting the documents to be sent by Herschel rather than directly by Brodie, see HS/11/160.
