Description

Sibbard sends four copies of his paper on whales off the Scottish coast and would like the Society's constructive criticism on it; that he has further observations of fish and seal, or sea calf, which can be sent to the Society; also has a paper on the Isles of Orkney and Shetland with a map which he wants to publish
