Reports of a phenomennon like the aurora borealis observed in Somerset. A case in Bridgewater of a briony root being passed off fraudulently as a Mandrake, exposed by Paschall.
Concerning language development and development of a universal language. Summarised in another hand at the head of the document as: "observations of an unusual meteor' and 'some particulars relating to the universal character'
