Thanks for restoring the King's faith in Petty's shipbuilding endeavours with further details of developments; details of the 50 pound wager for sailing between Dublin and Holyhead; that the ship is finished and has sailed with 100 seamen

On separate page is the Queen of Sumatra's title in her letter to the King of England
