States that his paper on experiments of light was well-received; that it was timely because an experiment with compressed air was carried out by the Society recently; that 50 attended the Society's dinner and a new council was elected (names listed); states that he has received many letters from foreign correspondents with details about a physic from Danzig (Gdansk) injecting liquids into veins - refers to the man who was injected with sheep's blood was still alive (mentioned in EL/OB/70); concerning the Swedes' position in the war
