Autograph letter about Bayle's invention of a windmill which will be able to raise water; if the Royal Society is interested Bayle will send a diagram; stating that there are other unfinished treatises on motion of liquids in vessels and of solids in liquids
Francis Bayle (1622-1709) was a physician and professor at University of Toulouse
