Description

Beale, fearing that his previous letter went astray (EL/B1/74), sends this with a short extract from his 8th chapter showing the 'wrong done to Pomona by making Cyder of mixed fruit, before their agreement is sufficiently tryed'
Letter has been dictated, but signed by Beale. He has added a note at the end.
