Description

Description of a comet seen on 2 January 1663 or 1664, the first time at Gratz and at Rackelsburg and Czackathurn on 17 January, rising after midnight, and appearing till the break of day. It is of the same colour with other stars, but having the figure of an half-moon in the middle of its body, and the tail pointing northwards. Includes a figure in the text of the comet.
