Description

Differently shaped glass vessels for Theodore Haak's experiments of frost separating parts of coloured water (coloured with cochineal) or mixed with other liquids. Also experiments with frozen water and turpentine oil, and with frozen snow. This paper was read to the Royal Society on 30 December 1663.
