Description

Rolfe describes the appearance of three rainbows and the Sun on Wednesday 2 July around 6am at Cranbrooke in Kent [England]. Includes a diagram in the text of the meteorological phenomena described by Rolfe.

The observation is likely to be related to a similar phenomenon observed by William Hodder and described in the minutes of the Dublin Philosophical Society on 14 April 1684.
