Description

A diagram by Silas Taylor (1624-1678) showing how to calculate heights. The diagarm is of a triangle with parts lettered. There is an explanation below stating 'for measuring triangles, altho irregular as this, observe to measure the flat longest side, as this from e. to c. which suppose to make 65.' The diagram is found on the second page.
