Description

East describes a case of an infant who was stillborn with an extraordinarily large head, and the subsequent autopsy of the infant with Dr Sprengell [Conrad Joachim Sprengwell]. The infant was found to have unusual facial features and a tumour on the head, and was missing the frontal bone.
