Description

Amyand writes about the autopsy of a 50-year-old man who had died of a vesica fellis [gallbladder] abscess. He was found to have a biliary duct obstruction and a distended gallbladder. Amyand explains the man's medical history and treatment for an abscess in his abdomen that continually discharged large amounts of bile and lymph. Two figures attached.
