Description
Paper regarding white, yellow, and brown species of truffles found in the counties of Liptau [Liptó] and Zips [Spiš] in Hungary. Bruckmann provides details on the appearance, growth, weight, and price of these truffles, as well as the way that the truffles are found by locals in the mossy fields and then prepared for eating. This paper was published in 'Breslaw Miscellanys' in March 1725.
