Description
Paper responding to queries regarding different types of Italian wine. The paper addresses the particular grape varieties used in winemaking and lists varieties that are used to make wines in the principal regions of Chianti, Ama, and Castellina. The author discusses the superiority of vineyards located on high mountains and the colouring of wine, and also provides a list of the wines made in the Great Duke's vineyard of Castello.
