Description

Letter from Maskelyne regarding Wildbore's paper on spherical motion (see AP/7/16), requesting that Banks forward questions from Maskelyne to Wildbore. Maskelyne requests line-by-line explanations of sections of the paper relating to vis inertia and vis viva.

On verso is a note explaining that Banks requested these answers from Wildbore on 15 June 1787. Wildbore's response with his answers is found at AP/7/21.
