Description

Bickerton writes: 'The following induction is based on the assumption, that the configuration, segregation, motions and general characteristics of the Milky Way, and those of the White nebulae that cluster about the poles of the galaxy, originated in the oblique interpenetration of two cosmic systems, one primordial and the other sidereal.'
