Description
Smith writes on the general condition for identity of aberrations deduced from physical considerations, proof by geometrical reasoning in the case of rays lying entirely in one plane, two special examples of the sine condition and the ideal lens with details of particular cases.
Note on front reads 'This paper was not accepted and the vote of Committee of Papers was that it be not published. 23 January 1913.' Includes three pages of geometrical diagrams.
