Description

Griffiths suggests that he has 'determined the appropriate composition of haemocyanin', the 'chief oxygen-carrier in the blood of the higher invertebrate'. He submits haemocyanin derived from the blood of Homarus, Sepia and Cancer respectively to chemical analysis and presents his results.
