Description

Wilde writes: 'The nebular hypothesis of the evolution of planetary systems from a gaseous substance, rotating under the influence of a central force, suggested to me 12 years ago, some ideas respecting the origin of elementary substances, which led to the discovery of certain definite quantitative relations subsisting between astronomical and chemical phenomena.'

Includes two maps and a photograph of an electromagnetic globe.
