Description

The authors present a series of charts and tables to accompany a paper which was abstracted in volume 17 of the Proceedings of the Royal Society as 'On the temperature of the human body in health'. These observations were conducted by Ringer and Stuart in order to learn with minuteness the fluctuations of the temperature in health. They were performed on persons of different ages, and were in many instances continued through the night and day.
